Use the size guide to choose your size. If it does not fit, you can return the items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Check the return conditions before sending the items back.

On a product page, select your size and quantity, then click Add to cart. If the item is unavailable, the button is replaced by Sold out. Sold-out items are also marked on collection pages.

We currently deliver to these 27 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

After adding your items to the cart, enter your delivery address at checkout. If your country does not appear in the Country list, we are unfortunately unable to deliver there.

Payment errors are most often caused by a transmission problem between your bank and ours. The purchase is not validated in our system and you are not charged. Trying again will often resolve the issue. If the problem persists, contact service@wohunderwear.com.

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs depend on the country you are returning from.

We do not offer exchanges. For a different size or colour, return the items and place a new order. You have 30 days from receiving your order to return the items.
